Terms & Conditions – Limitless Life Coaching with Claire

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programmes, digital products, workshops, consultations and purchases made through Limitless Life Coaching with Claire.

By purchasing or participating in any service offered through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Limitless Life Coaching with Claire is a sole trader business based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

2. Services Provided

Limitless Life Coaching with Claire provides neuroscience-based life coaching services, online programmes, workshops, masterclasses, consultations, digital resources and personal development support designed to help women rebuild confidence, self-belief, emotional resilience and self-trust.

All services are intended for educational, personal growth and supportive purposes only.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, psychological therapy, counselling or mental health treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where necessary.

3. Age Requirements

Coaching services, programmes and workshops are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.

By purchasing any service or programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Limitless Life Coaching with Claire does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless an agreed payment plan is in place.

For payment plans, clients agree to complete all scheduled payments on the agreed dates.

Failure to complete payments may result in access to programmes, materials or coaching services being paused or removed.

5. Digital Products & Programme Access

Digital products, downloadable resources and programme materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced or resold.

Access to online programmes and materials is granted solely to the individual purchaser.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, online programmes and coaching services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted or the programme/service has commenced.

For 1:1 coaching sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

If exceptional circumstances arise, requests will always be considered with compassion and fairness.

7. Client Responsibility

Transformation and personal growth are deeply individual experiences. While every effort is made to provide supportive, empowering and neuroscience-based tools and guidance, results will vary from person to person.

Clients understand that meaningful change requires personal commitment, honesty, self-reflection and action.

Limitless Life Coaching with Claire does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial or professional outcomes.

8. Confidentiality & Respect

A safe, respectful and supportive environment is deeply important within all coaching spaces, programmes and workshops.

Any personal information shared during coaching sessions or group programmes will be treated with care and confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Participants are also expected to treat fellow participants with kindness, respect and confidentiality within any group setting.

9. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, written content, videos, recordings, visualisations, downloads, resources and website content remain the intellectual property of Limitless Life Coaching with Claire unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Website & Technical Issues

Every effort is made to ensure the website and online services run smoothly. However, Limitless Life Coaching with Claire cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including internet outages, technical issues or third-party platform disruptions.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is respected and protected.

Any personal information collected through this website, bookings, forms or email sign-ups is used solely for communication, programme delivery and relevant updates from Limitless Life Coaching with Claire.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
